Wood sections are cut to a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Knot criteria per meter: up to four solid knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rotten, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible, as are head and vertical cracks that meet the pressure‑treated specifications within tolerance limits. Resin pockets may appear no more than once per meter and will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no drips, pulls, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are allowed. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances may vary. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length, and twist will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Torsional deviation is limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Additional bending is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Carriers: Nine 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) pine beams, shaped with diamond‑tipped special knives, form the carrier legs, which stand 240 cm (94.5 in) tall. Roof: Roof‑supporting slats are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with both ends milled for shape. The slats are fastened to plywood or fiber sheathing using wood screws, and may optionally be covered with American cedar shingle. The rake board consists of 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in) slats, also shaped with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted with galvanized wood screws. Roof trusses are made of 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood; the underside is sheathed with plywood. Horizontal supporting members (50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in)) are placed every 50 cm (19.7 in). One side of the roof is extended for shading, and the longer side is finished down to the floor with plywood. All fixed connections use stainless‑steel wood screws; connections between the main carrier and the roof employ special galvanized wood screws. Bottom Panels (Railings): The bottom railing height is 75 cm (29.5 in). Railing frames are fabricated from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) wood, fully sanded and edged with diamond‑tipped knives. Frames are attached to the main carrier with galvanized wood screws. Interspersed decorative motifs are 40 × 50 mm (1.6 x 2 in) pieces cut with diamond‑tipped knives and also fastened with galvanized screws. A minimum of three 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in) wooden posts are used. Anchors: A flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) is welded to the base of each carrier leg, followed by a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate with drilled anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Each plate receives three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors are secured to the carriers with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact and providing stable footings. Flange welds of at least 2.5 mm (0.1 in) cover a minimum of two sides. Each leg receives six special screws for the anchor‑to‑post connection and two dowel screws for ground attachment. All metal components are powder‑coated with polyester‑based finish. Seating group is not included.
