The plastic climbing elements are made of polyethylene using a rotation technique. It includes 2 spiral climbing sections and 2 metal carrier frames that contain the rope climbing section. The Ø16 mm (0.6 in) rope used in the product is a polypropylene‑braided climbing rope. The metal parts are sandblasted, washed with phosphate, and painted with electrostatic powder coating. The various screws on the product are covered with caps. There are no sharp edges or surfaces that could cause injury to users. The product is manufactured in accordance with EN1176 standards.
