Can support up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging fittings are included. Can be mounted on soil or concrete surface. Painting: Electrostatic Powder Coating Products are manufactured in‑house and are available in various colors. Electrostatic Powder Coating Process: after sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphate washing, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, and creates a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads into a pressure‑resistant cabin with compressed air. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes.
