Can be installed on soil or concrete surfaces. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Oven Paint Products are manufactured in‑house and are available in a variety of colors. Shot blasting and electrostatic powder oven paint specifications: Electrostatic powder‑coat process: after shot blasting, degreasing, and phosphating wash, followed by drying, the surface must be coated with a lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 µm. Through shot blasting, all metal components are cleaned of oil, grease, and rust, and a surface profile is created to improve paint adhesion. The shot‑blasting operation uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant chamber. After blasting, the metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes.
