Carrier tubes: 89×2‑2.5 mm (0.1 in). Includes one rubber swing seat and one Sumo baby swing seat. A standard-sized galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly durable in outdoor conditions. The design allows both parent and child to swing simultaneously. The child's seat is shaped to gently wrap around the body. The parent seat is ergonomically designed for easy sitting and comfortable posture. Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. It can be mounted on soil or concrete surfaces. The product is manufactured in‑house with optional color selections. The metal components receive sandblasting, degreasing, phosphate washing, and drying before being coated with a lead‑free polyester‑based electrostatic powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After coating, the parts are cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
