Technical Specification. Carrier pipes: 89×2-2,5 mm (3.5 x 0.1-0.1 in). 2 Rubber swing seats. Standard-size galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion-resistant and highly durable against weather conditions. Designed so a parent and child can swing simultaneously. Mounting clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete surfaces. Paint: Electrostatic powder coating. Products are manufactured in-house with color options available. Sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating features: Electrostatic powder coating process – after sandblasting, degreasing, phosphating wash, and drying, the part must be coated with a lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. The sandblasting method removes oil, grime, and rust that could prevent painting, creating a porous surface to improve paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads, placed in a pressure‑resistant chamber, with compressed air. After sandblasting, all metal components are coated with the polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at a minimum of 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the paint process.
