Technical Specification Carrier tubes: 89×2‑2.5 mm (0.1 in) 2 rubber swing seats. Standard‑size galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. The design provides a function that allows a parent and child to swing at the same time. Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete floors. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Oven Paint The products are manufactured in‑house with color options available. Shot blasting and electrostatic powder oven paint specifications: Electrostatic powder coating process: After shot blasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, and drying, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Shot blasting removes oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After shot blasting, the metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
