Sandblasting and Electrostatic Powder Coating Details: After sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphating, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder to a thickness of 80‑110 µm. The sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air in a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After coating, the parts are baked in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the painting.
