The swing itself weighs about 9‑10 kg (22 lb); with the chain it totals approximately 14 kg (30.9 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete surfaces. Electrostatic powder coating Our products are manufactured in‑house and are available in various colors. Sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating specifications The electrostatic powder coating process requires sandblasting, degreasing, phosphating, and drying before applying an 80‑110 μm thick lead‑free polyester‑based powder coat. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust from all metal parts, creating a surface profile for better paint adhesion. The process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant chamber. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with the polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes.
