Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust from all metal components, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads with pressurized air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with the polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
