The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. The product itself weighs approximately 3.5 kg (7.7 lb); with the chain it is about 7.5 kg (16.5 lb). It can support loads up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and mounting brackets are included. It can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Coating Products are produced in‑house and are available in a range of colors. Sandblasting and Electrostatic Powder Coating Specifications Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing, phosphating wash and drying, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 µm. During sandblasting, oil, dirt and rust are removed from all metal components, and a porous surface is created to improve paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by propelling fine metal beads into a pressure‑resistant cabin with compressed air. After sandblasting, all metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating process.
