Standard galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. The swing itself weighs about 3.5 kg (7.7 lb); with the chain the weight is approximately 7.5 kg (16.5 lb). It can support a load up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be mounted on soil or concrete foundations. Coating: Electrostatic powder coating applied after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphating. The metal parts are sandblasted to remove oil, dirt and rust, then coated with a lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 µm. After coating, the parts are cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes. All finishes are performed in‑house with color options available.
