The braid rope has low stretch, is resistant to corrosion, and has high durability against weather conditions. The product’s own weight is around 9‑10 kg (22 lb). With the rope, it is about 11 kg (24.3 lb). The design allows parent and child to swing simultaneously. The child seating area is designed in a cradle shape and wraps the body for safety. The parent seat is designed to provide easy sitting and a comfortable posture. Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint: electrostatic powder coating. Products are manufactured in‑house and color options are available. Sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating specifications Electrostatic powder coating process: After sandblasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, drying, the metal parts must be coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder coating to a thickness of 80‑110 microns. The sandblasting process removes oil, dirt and rust that would prevent coating, creating a surface profile for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads with compressed air inside a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, all metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
