Blasting and Electrostatic Powder Coating Specifications: - After blasting, degreasing, phosphate washing, and drying, the metal parts must be coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 microns. - Blasting removes oil, grime, and rust from all metal components and creates a porous surface for better paint adhesion. - The blasting process uses fine metal beads propelled by compressed air into a pressure‑resistant chamber. - After blasting, all metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in an oven at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
