Standard-sized galvanized welded chains are used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. The product itself weighs around 9–10 kg (22 lb); with the chain it is about 14 kg (30.9 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Paint Process: Electrostatic Powder Coating with Sandblasting The products are manufactured in‑house and are available in a range of colors. Electrostatic powder coating procedure: after sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphated washing, the metal components are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 µm. During sandblasting, oil, dirt, and rust are removed from the metal parts, and a porous surface is created to improve paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by projecting fine metal beads into a pressurized air stream inside a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After sandblasting, all metal parts are coated with the polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the coating process.
