The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑resistant. It can carry up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be mounted on soil or concrete floor. Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, drying, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 microns. The sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust that would prevent coating, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads, contained in a pressure‑resistant cabinet, with compressed air. After sandblasting, the metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the paint process.
