Carrier pipes: 89×2-2,5 mm (3.5 x 0.1-0.1 in). 1 piece polyethylene swing seat and handrail, inner seat width is 35 cm (13.8 in). 1 piece main cradle swing seat. 1 piece incubator swing. Standard size galvanized welded chain is used. Swing chain is corrosion‑resistant, highly durable against weather. Can support up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be mounted on soil or concrete floor. Electrostatic powder coating oven paint. Products are manufactured by us and color options are available. Sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating features. Electrostatic powder coating process: after sandblasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, drying, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80‑110 mikron. Through sandblasting, oil, dirt and rust are removed, and a porous surface is created for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by blasting fine metal beads into a pressure‑resistant cabinet with compressed air. After sandblasting, all metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a furnace at 200–220 derece for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
