Carrier tubes: 89×2-2.5 mm (3.5 x 0.1-0.1 in). Includes one polyethylene swing seat and handrail. Inner seat width is 35 cm (13.8 in). Includes one main swing seat. Includes one cradle swing. Standard galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and highly weather‑proof. Supports up to 100 kg (220 lb). Connection clamps and mounting brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete foundations. Electrostatic powder coating. Items are manufactured in‑house with color options available. Sandblasting and electrostatic powder coating specifications: After sandblasting, degreasing and phosphoric acid wash, and drying, the metal parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust from all metal components, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting process uses fine metal beads in a pressure‑resistant container, sprayed with compressed air. After sandblasting, the metal components are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 30 minutes.
