The swing chain is corrosion‑resistant and has high weather resistance. Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be installed on soil or concrete ground. Electrostatic Powder Coating Process: After sandblasting, degreasing, and phosphate washing, the metal components are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint at a thickness of 80‑110 microns. Sandblasting removes oil, dirt, and rust, and creates a porous surface for better paint adhesion. The sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads under pressurised air into a pressure‑resistant cabinet. After coating, the components are cured in an oven at 200–220 °C for 30 minutes to complete the paint process.
