Standard-sized galvanized welded chain is used. The swing chain is resistant to corrosion and has high durability against weather conditions. Connection clamps and hanging brackets are included. Can be mounted on soil or concrete floor. Paint: Electrostatic Powder Coating. Products are manufactured in‑house and available in various colors. Electrostatic Powder Coating Process: After sandblasting, degreasing and phosphate washing, the parts are coated with lead‑free polyester‑based powder paint to a thickness of 80–110 microns. The sandblasting removes oil, dirt and rust, creating a porous surface for better paint adhesion. Sandblasting is performed by spraying fine metal beads with compressed air into a pressure‑resistant cabin. After sandblasting, the metal parts are coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a 200–220 °C oven for 30 minutes to complete the coating.
