In the balanced position, the seat height from the ground must not exceed 700 mm (27.6 in). • Footrests may be added as the design permits, but they must be engineered to prevent foot entrapment. • Seesaw seats are manufactured from polyethylene with a minimum weight of 2 kg (4.4 lb).
