It consists of a bin and a carrier section. - The bin portion is fabricated from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal with a diameter of 290 mm (11.4 in) and a height of 500 mm (19.7 in). The window in the bin body is opened by hydraulic‑press stamping. A metal lid, also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal, is installed on the top of the bin. - The carrier foot is formed by bending an Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile into an H‑shape and welding it with another Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile. - The bin and foot are joined with galvanized fasteners. - The bin can be emptied by rotating the foot 360°. - The metal trash bins feature an aesthetic appearance, are environmentally compatible, and can be manufactured to custom dimensions upon request. - All metal components are painted with electrostatic powder coating after the oven‑curing process. - Outdoor metal trash bins are essential urban furniture, suitable for tree‑dense parks, gardens, rest areas, residential and site gardens, hospitals, factories, schools, and other venues. - The bins resist outdoor weather conditions, corrosion, temperature fluctuations, and impacts, and are unaffected by chemical agents.
