The bin section is made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal with a 290 mm (11.4 in) diameter and 500 mm (19.7 in) height. The window in the bin body is opened by hydraulic press forming, and the top of the bin features a metal lid also made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. The supporting foot is formed by bending a Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding two vertical Ø48 × 3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profiles, each 90 cm (35.4 in) long, together. The bin and foot are fastened with galvanized screws. The bin can be rotated 360° for waste discharge. These metal litter bins have an aesthetic appearance, are environmentally compatible, and can be custom‑manufactured to specific dimensions. All metal components are powder‑coated after the furnace treatment with an electrostatic powder finish.
