It consists of a bin and a carrier part. The bin part is made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal, 290 mm (11.4 in) in diameter and 500 mm (19.7 in) high. The window in the bin body will be opened by hydraulic press stamping. The top of the bin will have a metal lid made from 0.75 mm (0 in) thick sheet metal. The carrier foot part is formed by bending a Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profile and welding two vertical Ø48×3 mm (1.9 x 0.1 in) tube profiles each 90 cm (35.4 in) long together. The bin and foot are joined with galvanized bolts. The bin foot rotates 360° to allow waste discharge. Metal trash bins have an aesthetic appearance, are environmentally compatible, and can be produced in custom dimensions upon request. All metal components are painted with electrostatic powder coating after the oven curing process. Outdoor metal trash bins are essential urban furniture and are suitable for parks, gardens, rest areas with dense tree cover, residential and community gardens, hospitals, factories, schools and other venues. Metal trash bins withstand outdoor weather, corrosion, temperature changes and impacts. They are not affected by chemical agents.
