Seating Area: 150 x 250 cm (59.1 x 98.4 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Metal Features: All metal components used in manufacturing will be painted by furnace curing with polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile dimensions will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. Prior to painting, any oil, dirt, or rust on the metal will be removed and the surface prepared by phosphating to create pores for better paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Specified wood characteristics include: knots – up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the overall piece width; no rot, defects, partially grown or fallen knots; cracks – no ring cracks, but fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present; pressure‑impregnation may introduce permissible length and width cracks within tolerance limits; resin pockets – up to one per meter not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, no leaking or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes; no manufacturing defects beyond the defined tolerances; bending – deformation not to exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact – dents not to exceed 1/100 of the piece width; twisting – not to exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; edge bending – tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length; sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: The supporting legs will be made from four electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 60 × 60 mm (2.4 x 2.4 in), with a leg height of 215 cm (84.6 in). Roof: Roof carriers will be fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Laths on the profiles will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, milled at both ends to shape, and fastened with wooden veneer, laminate, or fiber material. The front board will use wooden laths (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) cut with diamond‑tipped knives and mounted to the roof laths with special galvanized screws. All fixed connections will use special galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposite seating units provide a seating width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 150 cm (59.1 in), and seat height of 75 cm (29.5 in). Seating frame members are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seating unit includes eight wooden slats at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and eight back‑rest slats of the same size, all mounted to the metal frames with special galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 80 × 150 cm (31.5 x 59.1 in) and is constructed from wooden laths (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) shaped with diamond‑tipped knives to give an oval motif. Table legs are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles and are 78 cm (30.7 in) high. Anchoring: Under each support leg a flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded to a plate (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)); two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, and three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes will be drilled in each 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Anchors will be fastened to the supports with screws and to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and securing the support legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding minimum‑2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick flanges on at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for attachment to vertical members, and two dowelled screws per leg for floor connection. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and furnace cured.
