Seating Area: 250 x 250 cm (98.4 x 98.4 in). Height: 250 cm (98.4 in). Wood Characteristics: The wood material for manufacturing will be Grade 1 Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: up to 4 sound knots per piece; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, decay, partially fused or dropped knots. - Cracks: no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated timber may have permissible end and longitudinal cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: a maximum of one pocket per piece, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. - No manufacturing defects; only deviations within the specified tolerances. - Bending: will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twisting: will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Compression bending: tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Main Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from four pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), with diamond‑tipped special knives providing a decorative motif. The height of the support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof’s load‑bearing beams will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, with two corners routed to shape. Additional decorative beams of the same size, shaped with diamond‑tipped knives, will be installed on the load‑bearing beams. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange with a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) sleeve will be welded to the bottom of each support leg, and a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole will be drilled. Anchors will be bolted to the legs and secured to the ground with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable mounting. Picnic gazebo anchors will be welded on at least two sides of each 3 mm (0.1 in) thick flange. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor connection, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked.
