Seating Area: 300 x 300 cm (118 x 118 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Features: The raw wood used for manufacturing will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project requirements. The wood material must meet the following criteria: Knots – each piece may contain up to four sound knots. Knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, warped, partially split, or fallen knots are allowed. Cracks – no ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated cracks complying with specification may be present within tolerance limits. Resin pockets – each piece may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes are permitted. No manufacturing defects; only allowed deviations within specified tolerances. Bending – will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact – will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting – will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Sword bend – tolerances between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding – all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Main Supports: The supporting legs will be made from four pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special blades that add a motif. The leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The pergola’s roof framing will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood beams. Two corners of each beam will be routed to shape them. Additional 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) motif‑decorated beams, cut with diamond‑tipped special blades, will be installed atop the carrier beams. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Anchoring: A 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded to a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) plate under each support leg, and a 12 mm (0.5 in) diameter hole will be drilled. Anchors will be bolted to the legs with screws and attached to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the legs. Picnic gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding at least two sides of the flange, leaving a minimum 3 mm (0.1 in) gap. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑post connection, and two dowel screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal parts will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint in a furnace.
