Seating Area: 300 x 300 cm (118 x 118 in) Roof Area: 340 x 340 cm (134 x 134 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Characteristics: The raw material for production will be 1st‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: • Knot: Each meter may contain up to 4 sound knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot, defect, partially fused, or missing knots are allowed. • Crack: No ring cracks. Fine cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated timber may show permissible surface and length cracks within tolerance limits. • Resin Pocket: Each meter may contain one resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin, inner bark, rot holes, or insect holes are permitted. • Manufacturing Defect: Only permitted tolerances are allowed; no manufacturing faults. • Deflection: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. • Twist: Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. • Edge Bending: Edge bending will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. • Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from four pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a decorative motif. Side separator supports will be made from eight wooden slats, each at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and given a motif. The support legs will be 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Roof: The roof’s carrier slats will be made from 50 × 150 mm (2 x 5.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be shaped on a router. Additional decorative slats, sized 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) and milled with diamond‑tipped knives, will be installed on the carrier slats. All fixed connections will use special galvanized wood screws. Upper Panels: The top railing is 50 cm (19.7 in) wide. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides, and edged with a special diamond‑tipped knife. They will be mounted to the primary supports with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate decorative motifs are made from separator wood and will be fastened to the upper and lower railing frames with galvanized screws. Side Panels: Side panels measure 50 cm (19.7 in) wide by 240 cm (94.5 in) high. Decorative side panels are installed on both sides of the primary support legs, fabricated from separator wood. Railing frames are the same 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded and edged wood as described above and will be mounted with galvanized wood screws. Panel motifs are also made from separator wood and will be fixed to the railing frames with galvanized screws. Seating Unit: Six decorative wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), diamond‑tipped) will form the backrest of the seating unit, mounted to the support structure and side panels. Additionally, twelve L‑shaped legs (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), diamond‑tipped) will be installed on three sides of the pergola, attached to the support columns and side panels with galvanized screws. Anchoring: Under each support leg a 150 × 150 × 5 mm (5.9 x 5.9 x 0.2 in) flange will be welded to a 90 × 70 × 5 mm (3.5 x 2.8 x 0.2 in) steel plate with a 12 mm (0.5 in) hole drilled. Anchors will be bolted to the bottom of the supports and secured to the floor with steel dowels, preventing water contact with the wood and ensuring stable foot mounting. Pergola anchors will be fabricated from minimum‑3 mm (0.1 in)‑thick flanges, welded on at least two sides, and fastened with six special screws per leg. Two dowel screws per leg will secure the anchors to the ground. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked.
