Seating Area: 180 x 300 cm (70.9 x 118 in) Height: 280 cm (110 in) Metal Features: All metal components used in manufacturing will be painted by furnace curing with polyester-based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To remove oil, dirt and rust and to promote good paint adhesion, the metal surfaces will be prepared by phosphate coating which creates a porous layer. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester-based electrostatic paint and baked in a furnace at 200‑220 °C for 20 minutes to complete the paint process. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include knots (up to four solid knots per metre, knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width), no rotten, split, partially knotted or missing knots. No ring cracks. Fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑impregnation may cause head and stem cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: up to one per metre, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, no inner shell, no rot cavities, no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per metre. Flexural tolerance between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters. Primary Supports: Four primary support legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will be made from electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profile. The height of the support legs will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Upper Panels: The upper railings are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Railing frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in), sanded on all sides and machined from hardwood with a special diamond‑tipped blade; they will be fastened to the main supports with galvanised wood screws. Intermediate motifs will be fabricated as separators and attached with galvanised screws. Roof: Roof supports are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profile. The roof purlins are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) hardwood, two corners of each purlin are shaped on a router. The top of the purlins will be covered with hardwood cladding or fiber material and fastened with screws. Zinc‑coated membranes will be installed with wide‑head special nails, followed by American shingles (shingle roofing material). The eave board will use hardwood purlins of at least 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in), shaped with a diamond‑tipped blade and mounted with galvanised screws. All fixed connections will use special galvanised screws. Lower Support: The lower support for the covered picnic table will be fabricated from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profile. The lower support profile will be bolted to the table and bench profiles with special galvanised screws. Seating Units: Two opposing seating units, each 40 cm (15.7 in) deep, 180 cm (70.9 in) long and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Seating unit frames are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profile. Each seating unit includes six minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats for the seat and six 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) wooden slats for the backrest, fastened with galvanised screws to the metal frames. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from hardwood purlins of at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with impregnated diamond‑tipped blades to create a motif. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑furnace‑painted metal profile. Anchoring: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer; two anchor holes will be drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate, each with three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors will be installed with screws into the support legs and secured to the floor with steel dowels. This prevents water contact with the wood and ensures stable mounting of the support legs. Gazebo anchors will be fabricated by welding minimum‑thickness 2.5 mm (0.1 in) plates around at least two sides of each upright. Six special screws will be inserted per leg for the upright connection and two dowelled screws per leg for floor attachment. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and cured in a furnace.
