Seating area: 180 x 300 cm (70.9 x 118 in). Height: 280 cm (110 in). Metal features: All metal components used for manufacturing will be painted by furnace‑curing with a polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) to suit the project. Any oil, dirt, or rust on the metal will be removed and a phosphate coating applied to create a porous surface that ensures good paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked in a 200–220 °C oven for 20 minutes to complete the painting process. Wood features: The wood material used will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be manufactured with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: knots (up to four solid knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width), no rot, defect, or split knots; no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible within tolerance; resin pockets not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in), with one per meter; no leaking or pulling resin; no inner bark, rotten cavities, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances apply. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the part length, impact marks not greater than 1/100 of the width, twist not over 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and bending between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Primary carriers: Four electrostatic powder‑cured metal legs, each at least 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), will support the structure. The leg height will be 215 cm (84.6 in). Upper panels: Guardrails are 35 cm (13.8 in) wide. Rail frames are 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) hardwood, sanded on all sides with special diamond‑tipped blades and edge‑reinforced. Frames will be mounted to the primary carriers with galvanized wood screws. Intermediate motifs will be fabricated as separators and attached with galvanized screws. Roof: Roof carriers are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑cured metal profiles. Laths on the profiles are 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood, milled on two corners. The laths will be covered with wood veneer, fiber board, or similar material and secured with screws. Zinc‑coated membranes will be fastened with wide‑head nails, followed by a shingle roofing material known as “American cedar‑shingle.” The soffit will include wooden laths (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) machined with diamond‑tipped blades and attached with galvanized screws. All permanent connections use galvanized fasteners. Lower carrier: The lower carrier for the covered picnic table is made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) electrostatic powder‑cured metal profile. It will be joined to the table and bench profiles with galvanized screws. Seating units: Two opposing seating units provide a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 180 cm (70.9 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Seating carriers are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑cured metal profiles. Each seating unit includes six wooden slats (minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in)) for the seat and six slats of the same size for the backrest, all mounted with galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in) and is made from a minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden lath machined with impregnated, diamond‑tipped blades. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high, fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑cured metal profile. Anchorage: Flanges (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) will be welded with 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates, drilled for anchor bolts, and secured with 6 mm (0.2 in) screws. Anchors will be bolted to the footings and connected to the ground with steel dowels, protecting the wood from moisture and ensuring stable footing. Gazebo anchors will be welded to minimum‑thickness 2.5 mm (0.1 in) plates on at least two sides, with six special screws per leg for the vertical connection and two dowelled screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be painted with polyester‑based powder coating and baked in a furnace.
