Seating Area: 180 x 295 cm (70.9 x 116 in). Height: 280 cm (110 in). Metal Features: All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profiles are manufactured with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Prior to painting, surfaces are cleaned of oil and dirt, then phosphate‑treated to promote adhesion. After fabrication, the components receive an electrostatic polyester coating and are cured at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood is first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Sections are cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and dimensions within ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood may contain up to four knots per meter, each not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rot, cracks larger than 1‑2 mm (0.1 in), or insect damage are permitted. Specified limits for cracks, resin pockets, and other defects are observed. Bending, impact, and twist tolerances are limited to 1/50–1/100 of the respective dimensions. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Main Supports: Four support legs, each 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in), are fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles and stand 215 cm (84.6 in) tall. Roof Structure: Roof supports are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles with 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wooden purlins. Purlins are machined at the corners and fastened with galvanized screws to wooden sheathing, then covered with shingle roofing using wide‑head special nails. Additional decorative wooden purlins (minimum 30 × 130 mm (1.2 x 5.1 in)) are attached with galvanized screws. All fixed connections use special galvanized screws. Lower Support: The lower support frame is made from 40 × 80 mm (1.6 x 3.1 in) powder‑coated metal profiles and is bolted to the table and bench frames with galvanized screws. Upper Panels: Guard rails are 35 cm (13.8 in) high, with frames of 50 × 50 mm (2 x 2 in) sanded wood, attached to the main supports with galvanized wood screws. Decorative wooden inserts are also secured with galvanized screws. Seating Units: Two opposing seats, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 180 cm (70.9 in) long and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Seat frames are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Each seat uses six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats for the seat and six 40 × 90 cm (15.7 x 35.4 in) wooden slats for the back, fastened with galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 80 × 180 cm (31.5 x 70.9 in), constructed from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats with a pressure‑treated finish. Table legs are 78 cm (30.7 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) powder‑coated metal profiles. Anchoring: Under each support leg a flange (18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in)) with a 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) washer is welded, and two anchor holes are drilled in a 13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plate. Each plate receives three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes. Anchors are installed with screws and steel dowels to secure the structure to the ground, preventing wood contact with water and ensuring foot stability. Gazebo anchors are welded to flanges on both sides, with six special screws per leg and two dowelled screws per leg for ground attachment. All metal components are painted with polyester‑based powder coating and baked.
