Wood sections are cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable knots are limited to four per meter, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rot, cracks, or insect damage is permitted. Minor hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are allowed within specification limits. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with only one per meter, and no leaking or sagging resin is present. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Wood carriers for the legs are made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑point blades and decorative motifs. The seating unit measures 30 cm (11.8 in) seat width, 140 cm (55.1 in) length, and 45 cm (17.7 in) seat height; its supporting members use the same 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) pine with decorative motifs, secured with galvanized screws (six slats for the seat and four for the backrest). The tabletop measures 63 × 140 cm (24.8 x 55.1 in) and is fabricated from the same 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) pine, featuring an oval motif. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, made from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) pine with decorative motifs.
