• Seating Area: 145 × 180 cm (57.1 x 70.9 in); Height: 80 cm (31.5 in) Metal Features: All metal components used in production will be painted by furnace curing with polyester‑based powder coating. Metal tube profile lengths will be manufactured with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, the metal parts will be cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then prepared with a phosphating process that creates pores for painting. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material for production will be first‑class Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: - Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width; no rotted, defective, partially fused, or fallen knots. - Cracks: no ring cracks; hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible, as are pressure‑impregnation‑related head and body cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: at most one per meter, not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); no leaking or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances are acceptable. - Deflection: not to exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact marks: not to exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twist: not to exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Bowing: tolerable between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑cured metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Unit: The seating unit will have a seat width of 30 cm (11.8 in), length of 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). Its support components will be made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑cured metal profile. The seating unit will be assembled with six minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats and galvanized screws for the metal profiles. Table: The table top will be 63 × 145 cm (24.8 x 57.1 in), shaped with diamond‑pointed, impregnated, oval‑motif cutting tools from minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats. Table legs will be 75 cm (29.5 in) high, fabricated from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑cured metal profile.
