Metal Features: All metal components for manufacturing will be painted with a polyester‑based powder coating and baked in a furnace. Metal tube profile lengths will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. To remove oil, dirt, and rust and to ensure good paint adhesion, the surfaces will be prepared with a phosphate coating that creates microscopic pores. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes to complete the painting process. Wood Features: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be produced with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. Specifications include: - Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width; no rot, decay, or fallen knots. - No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. - Pressure‑treated crack specifications must remain within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: at most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping, pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only deviations within the specified tolerances are permitted. - Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width; twisting will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter; shear will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatically powder‑painted metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Unit: The seating units have a seat width of 30 cm (11.8 in), length of 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height of 45 cm (17.7 in). The seating unit supports are made from electrostatically powder‑painted metal profile measuring 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). The seating unit will be mounted with six galvanized screws attaching 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden lathe carriers to the metal profiles. Table: The table measures 63 × 145 cm (24.8 x 57.1 in) and is manufactured from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden lumber that has been pressure‑treated and cut with a diamond‑tipped special blade to give an oval motif. The table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and made from electrostatically powder‑painted metal profile measuring 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). All wooden components are pressure‑treated for durability.
