Seating Area: 300 x 300 cm (118 x 118 in) Height: 250 cm (98.4 in) Wood Specifications: The wood material used for manufacturing will be Grade 1 Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material must meet the following criteria: knots – each meter may contain up to four solid knots, with knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the component width. No rot, defect, partially fused, or fallen knots. Cracks – no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permissible. Pressure‑treated resin environment may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: each meter may contain one resin pocket not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin. No inner shell, rot cavity, or insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending shall not exceed 1/50 of the component length. Impact shall not exceed 1/100 of the component width. Twisting shall not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. Deflection is tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the component length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. Main Carriers: The pergola’s main carriers will be fabricated from four pieces of pine lumber, each at least 90 × 90 mm (3.5 x 3.5 in), shaped with diamond‑tipped special knives that add a motif. Carrier leg height will be 240 cm (94.5 in). Roof: The roof carrier slats will be made from 50 × 100 mm (2 x 3.9 in) wood. Two corners of each slat will be routed to shape them. Additional decorative slats, 50 × 70 mm (2 x 2.8 in), will be formed with diamond‑tipped motif knives. All fixed connections will use special galvanized timber screws.
