Wood Specifications: The wooden parts are made from 1st‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris). Wood sections are cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions are held within ±20 mm (0.8 in). Each piece may contain up to four sound knots; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total board width. No split, rotted, or insect‑damaged wood is permitted. Small hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are acceptable within tolerance limits. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with at most one per piece, and must be free of drips or leaks. No internal cavities, rot, or insect holes are allowed. Manufacturing defects are excluded; only the specified tolerances apply. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the part length, impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the width, and twist will be limited to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Bending tolerances range between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs are fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles measuring a minimum of 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Unit: The seat is 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. Its supporting brackets are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. The seating unit is fastened with eight 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats secured to metal profiles using galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 72 × 145 cm (28.3 x 57.1 in) and is crafted from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats featuring an oval motif cut with diamond‑tipped, impregnated special blades.
