Seating Area: 190 x 195 cm (74.8 x 76.8 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) Metal Paint Features: All metal components for manufacturing will be painted by powder coating based on polyester and cured in a furnace. Metal tube profile dimensions will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. To ensure good paint adhesion, any oil, dirt, or rust on the metal will be removed and the surface will be prepared with a phosphate coating to create porosity. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: knots (up to four solid knots per piece, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width), no rot, no split or fallen knots, no ring cracks, occasional fine hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are permitted within spec, and resin pockets up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long (maximum one per piece). No leaking or sucking resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, no insect holes, and no manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the member length, impact not more than 1/100 of the width, twisting not more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and shear will be within 1/50‑1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded clean. Metal Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Unit: The seating unit has a seat width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height 45 cm (17.7 in). Its carrier components are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile. The seating unit will be mounted with eight galvanized screws attaching 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats to the metal profiles. Table: The table measures 72 × 145 cm (28.3 x 57.1 in) and is formed from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats that have been pressure‑impregnated and shaped with diamond‑pointed, oil‑treated cutting tools to give an oval motif. The table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profile.
