After fabrication, the parts receive a polyester electrostatic paint finish and are cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material is first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections are cut with a ±2 mm (0.1 in) tolerance, and overall dimensions with a ±20 mm (0.8 in) tolerance. Quality requirements include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width; no rotten, split, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are acceptable within tolerance. Pressure‑impregnation may cause head and longitudinal cracks, but they must remain within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Maximum length 10 cm (3.9 in), at most one per meter; no leaking or pulling resin. - No inner rot, cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. - Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. - Impact: Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Compression: Deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length is permitted. - Sanding: All visible surfaces are sanded smooth.
