Seating Area: 140 × 180 cm (55.1 x 70.9 in). Height: 75 cm (29.5 in). Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be first‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be machined with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and the wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood used in production must meet the following criteria: - Knots: up to four solid knots per meter, each knot’s diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot, decay, partially split, or fallen knots are allowed. - Cracks: no ring cracks; micro‑cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated lumber may have head and butt cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: no resin pocket longer than 10 cm (3.9 in); at most one per meter. No sagging resin, inner bark, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: none, except for the specified tolerances. - Deflection: may not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact marks: may not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twist: may not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter length. - Bow: deflection between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length tolerated. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Wood Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber, minimum 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), using diamond‑tipped special knives and decorative motifs.
