Seating Area: 140 x 180 cm (55.1 x 70.9 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) Wood Features: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in), suitable for the project. Required wood qualities include knots: each piece may contain up to four sound knots. Knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. There will be no rot, decay, partially fused or fallen knots. Cracks: No ring cracks will be present; hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may occur. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow acceptable axial and longitudinal cracks, provided they remain within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: No more than one per piece, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No dripping or pulling resin, internal voids, rot cavities, or insect holes will be present. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only deviations within the specified tolerances are allowed. Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Shear bending: Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove splinters. Wood Carriers: Carrier legs will be made from pine lumber measuring at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and featuring a decorative motif.
