Metal tube profile lengths will be manufactured with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required by the project. Prior to painting, metal parts will be stripped of oil, dirt, and rust using a phosphating process that creates a porous surface for optimal paint adhesion. After fabrication, the metal components will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material used will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in) and wood dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) as required. Acceptable wood characteristics include: up to four sound knots per piece, knot diameters not exceeding one‑quarter of the part width, no rot, decay, or insect damage, and no surface cracks larger than 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in). Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with at most one per piece, and must be free of dripping or pulling resin. No manufacturing defects beyond the specified tolerances. Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the part width. Twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from metal profiles at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in), electrostatically powder‑coated in a furnace. Seating Unit: The seating unit measures 30 cm (11.8 in) seat width, 140 cm (55.1 in) length, and 45 cm (17.7 in) seat height. Its support components are 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles. The seating unit is mounted with eight galvanized screws attaching 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats to the metal profiles. Table: The tabletop measures 72 × 140 cm (28.3 x 55.1 in) and is fabricated from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats, shaped with diamond‑point, impregnated, oval‑motif cutting tools. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles.
