Metal tube profile lengths will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in) according to the project. To ensure proper paint adhesion, the metal surfaces will be treated with a phosphating process to remove oil, dirt, and rust, creating a porous surface ready for coating. After fabrication, the metal parts will be coated with polyester‑based electrostatic paint and then cured in a furnace at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. • Wood Features: The wood material used will be first‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Acceptable wood characteristics include: up to four solid knots per meter (total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the piece width), no rotten, split, or fallen knots, no ring cracks, possible fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) within tolerance limits, resin pockets no longer than 10 cm (3.9 in) (maximum one per meter) and free of leaking or pulling resin, no inner bark, no rot cavities, and no insect holes. Manufacturing defects are not permitted; only the specified tolerances are allowed. Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length, impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, compression will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length, and all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. • Metal Supports: Support legs will be fabricated from electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). • Seating Units: The seating units consist of two opposite benches, each 40 cm (15.7 in) wide, 145 cm (57.1 in) long, and 41 cm (16.1 in) high. Their supporting sections are made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles. Six pieces of at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats will be mounted to the metal profiles with special galvanized screws. • Table: The tabletop measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in) and is crafted from at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats using pressure‑treated, diamond‑tipped special knives to create a motif. The table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatic powder‑coated metal profiles.
