Seating Area: 145 x 162.5 cm (57.1 x 64 in). Height: 78 cm (30.7 in). Metal Features: All metal components will be painted using a polyester-based powder coating applied in a furnace. Metal tube profiles are fabricated to a tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Surfaces are cleaned of oil, dirt, and rust, then treated with a phosphate coating to create a receptive surface for the paint. After fabrication, the metal parts receive a polyester-based electrostatic paint finish and are baked at 200–220 °C for 20 minutes. Wood Features: The wood material is first‑class yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections are cut to a tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), with overall dimensions within ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Each piece may contain up to four solid knots, none exceeding one quarter of the part width. No rotten, split, or insect‑damaged sections are permitted; only minor grain cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are allowed within tolerance. Resin pockets are limited to one per piece, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length, and must be free of leaking or pulling resin. No internal rot, cavities, or insect holes are present. Manufacturing defects are excluded; deviations are limited to specified tolerances. Bending is limited to 1/50 of the part length, impact to 1/100 of the width, twist to 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter, and shear to between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length. All visible surfaces are sanded smooth. Metal Carriers: Support brackets are made from electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles measuring at least 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in). Seating Units: Two opposing seats provide a seating width of 40 cm (15.7 in), length of 145 cm (57.1 in), and seat height of 41 cm (16.1 in). Seat support brackets use 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles, and each seat is fastened with six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats secured by galvanized screws. Table: The tabletop measures 74 × 145 cm (29.1 x 57.1 in) and is crafted from 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats with a diamond‑shaped, impregnated, motif‑cut edge. Table legs are 70 cm (27.6 in) high and made from 40 × 60 mm (1.6 x 2.4 in) electrostatically powder‑coated metal profiles.
