Seating Area: 190 cm (74.8 in) x 190 cm (74.8 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) • Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st Grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut to a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions to a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). The wood material used in production will have the following characteristics: Knots: Each piece may contain up to 4 solid knots. Knot diameters will not exceed ¼ of the total piece width. No rotten, overly dry, partially split, or fallen knots will be present. Cracks: No ring cracks will be present. Microscopic cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) may occur. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and side cracks within tolerance limits. Resin pockets: Length will not exceed 10 cm (3.9 in) per piece, with at most one per piece. No dripping or suction resin will be present. No inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes will be present. No manufacturing defects, only deviations within specified tolerances. Bending: Deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. Twist: For each meter of length, twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in). Bow flex: Deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth to remove any splinters. • Wood Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber sized at least 40 x 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), with diamond‑tipped special blades and a motif applied.
