Seating Area: 190 cm (74.8 in) × 190 cm (74.8 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) • Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project specifications. Required wood qualities include: - Knots: Up to four solid knots per meter, each knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rotten, split, partially fused, or fallen knots will be present. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may occur, and pressure‑treated conditions may allow head and foot cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin Pockets: At most one resin pocket per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, no inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing Defects: None; only deviations within the specified tolerances are permissible. - Deflection: Will not exceed 1⁄50 of the piece length. Impact marks will not exceed 1⁄100 of the piece width. - Twist: Will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Bending to the Grain: Tolerated between 1⁄50 and 1⁄100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters. • Wood Carriers: Carrier legs will be fabricated from pine lumber measuring at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and provided with a decorative motif.
