Dimensions: Length 150 cm (59.1 in), Width 50 cm (19.7 in), Height 88 cm (34.6 in). Bench seating slats: 7 pieces of 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) slats. Legs: made from 4 × 9 cm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden slats. Wood used: 1st‑grade pressure‑treated fir/pine material. Pressure‑treatment color: can be coffee or green on request. Wood Characteristics: The raw material for production will be 1st‑grade Fir (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be fabricated with a maximum tolerance of ± 2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ± 20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood qualities include: - Knots: each piece may contain up to 4 solid knots; total knot diameter will not exceed one‑quarter of the component width. No rotten, split, or fallen knots will be present. - Cracks: no ring cracks; fine hairline cracks (1–2 mm (0-0.1 in)) are permissible within specification limits. - Resin pockets: at most one pocket per piece, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping or leaking resin. - No inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the stated tolerances. - Bending: deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the component length. - Impact: impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the component width. - Twisting: twist will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Flexure: flexure will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the component length. - Sanding: all visible surfaces will be sanded smooth and free of splinters.
