Wood Features: The raw material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑class Spruce (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions with a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood characteristics include: - Knots: Up to 4 solid knots per meter, with total knot diameter not exceeding one‑quarter of the piece width. No rotten, defective, partially split, or fallen knots. - Cracks: No ring cracks. Microscopic cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) may be present. Pressure‑treated cracks may appear within specification limits. - Resin pockets: At most one per meter, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length. No leaking or pulling resin, inner shell, rot cavities, or insect holes. - Manufacturing defects: None, only deviations within the specified tolerances. - Deflection: Not to exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact: Not to exceed 1/100 of the member width. - Twisting: Not to exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Blade bending: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Anchoring: Flange dimensions of 18 × 13 × 3 mm (0.7 x 0.5 x 0.1 in) will be welded on the bottom of the carrier legs, with two 15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in) plates drilled for anchor holes (13 × 8 × 3 mm (0.5 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Each plate will receive three 6 mm (0.2 in) screw holes (15 × 8 × 2 mm (0.6 x 0.3 x 0.1 in)). Anchors will be fastened to the carriers with screws and to the ground with steel dowels, preventing wood contact with water and securing the carrier legs. Gazebo anchors will be welded to flanges with a minimum 2.5 mm (0.1 in) weld, covering at least two sides. Six special screws will be installed per leg for the anchor‑to‑leg connection, and two dowel screws per leg for the ground connection. All metal components will be powder‑coated with a polyester‑based paint and baked.
