The wood must meet the following criteria: knots—each piece may contain up to four solid knots, none of which exceed one‑quarter of the total width; no rotten, split, or missing bark; no large cracks—ring cracks are prohibited, while hairline cracks (1‑2 mm (0.1 in)) are acceptable within specification limits. Pressure‑treated lumber may show small head‑ and side‑cracks that remain within tolerance. Resin pockets may be up to 10 cm (3.9 in) long, with a maximum of one per piece; no leaking or dripping resin is allowed. No internal rot, cavities, or insect holes are permitted. Manufacturing defects are not allowed; only the specified tolerances may cause variation. Bending: deflection will not exceed 1/50 of the member length. Impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the member width. Twisting: deformation will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. Compression: deflection will be tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the member length. All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Wood Carriers: Support legs will be fabricated from pine lumber sized at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives and given a decorative motif. Seating Unit: Each seat is 30 cm (11.8 in) deep, 140 cm (55.1 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. The seat supports are made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), also cut with diamond‑tipped knives and decorative motifs. Six pieces of 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wood will be used for the seat frame, and four pieces of the same size for the backrest, all fastened with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 63 × 140 cm (24.8 x 55.1 in) and is constructed from pressure‑treated pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), shaped with an oval motif using diamond‑tipped knives. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, also made from pine lumber of at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) and finished with the same decorative technique.
