Seating Area: 180 x 160 cm (70.9 x 63 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) Wood Characteristics: The lumber used for manufacture will be 1st‑grade yellow pine (Pinus sylvestris) timber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and overall dimensions within a tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in). Required wood quality includes: - Knots: Each piece may contain up to four sound knots; knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the part width. No rotten, split, or fallen knots are permitted. - Cracks: No ring cracks; hairline cracks up to 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) are acceptable, as are pressure‑treated cracks within specification limits. - Resin pockets: At most one resin pocket per piece, not exceeding 10 cm (3.9 in) in length; no dripping or pulling resin. - No inner bark, rot cavities, insect holes, or manufacturing defects beyond the stated tolerances. - Deflection: Bending will not exceed 1/50 of the part length; impact marks will not exceed 1/100 of the width. - Twisting: No more than 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter. - Shaft deflection: Between 1/50 and 1/100 of the part length will be tolerated. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded smooth. Wood Carriers: Support legs will be made from pine lumber measuring at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped special knives and given a decorative motif. Seating Unit: Each seat is 30 cm (11.8 in) deep, 140 cm (55.1 in) long, and 45 cm (17.7 in) high. The seat support components are also made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in), cut with diamond‑tipped knives. Six 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) wooden dowels will be mounted with galvanized screws. Table: The table measures 63 × 140 cm (24.8 x 55.1 in) and is constructed from at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) pine lumber with an oval motif cut by diamond‑tipped knives. Table legs are 75 cm (29.5 in) high, also made from pine lumber at least 40 × 90 mm (1.6 x 3.5 in) with the same decorative cut.
