Seating Area: 120 x 60 cm (47.2 x 23.6 in) Height: 75 cm (29.5 in) Wood Characteristics: The wood material used for manufacturing will be 1st‑grade Yellow Pine (Pinus sylvestris) lumber. Wood sections will be cut with a maximum tolerance of ±2 mm (0.1 in), and wood dimensions with a maximum tolerance of ±20 mm (0.8 in), according to the project. The wood material used in production must meet the following criteria: - Knots: Each meter may contain up to four solid knots. Knot diameters will not exceed one‑quarter of the total piece width. No rot, insect damage, partially split or fallen knots will be present. - Cracks: No ring cracks will be present. Hairline cracks of 1–2 mm (0-0.1 in) may occur. Pressure‑treated specifications may allow head and vertical cracks within tolerance limits. - Resin pockets: Each meter may contain a single resin pocket not longer than 10 cm (3.9 in). No leaking or pulling resin will be present. - No inner core, rot cavities, or insect holes will be present. - No manufacturing defects; only deviations within specified tolerances. - Deflection: Will not exceed 1/50 of the piece length. - Impact: Will not exceed 1/100 of the piece width. - Twist: Will not exceed 2 mm (0.1 in) per meter of length. - Flexure to blade: Tolerated between 1/50 and 1/100 of the piece length. - Sanding: All visible surfaces will be sanded clean of splinters.
